About this business
Babtel is an internet provider that serves personnel living and working on military installations in Qatar, and this kiosk is one of its customer service points. Rather than locking users into long contracts, Babtel sells connectivity on flexible daily, weekly and monthly plans, which suits service members and contractors on rotations of varying length.
In Qatar, Babtel operates an office at Al Udeid Air Base, located at BPC A06 behind the new lodging office, together with a kiosk inside the BPC Mall on the same base. It also runs an office at Camp As Sayliyah, opposite the PX and barber shop. The base locations are listed as open daily from 08:00 to 18:00. Customer support is offered around the clock through an online help desk, WhatsApp, live chat and a US toll-free phone line, and account management is handled online. Access to these locations is limited to people authorised to enter the bases.
