About this business
Sports Corner (Al Rukn Al Riyadi in Arabic) is a Qatari sporting goods retailer with close to 40 years in the market. The chain operates nearly 20 stores across the country, with branches in malls such as Doha Festival City and Tawar Mall, and it also sells through its own website and social media channels under the handle sportscornerco.
Shoppers will find footwear, clothing and equipment for a wide range of sports and fitness activities, drawn from more than 100 internationally recognised brands. The company positions itself as a supplier to Qatar's sports and fitness community, serving casual gym-goers, runners, team players and families shopping for school sports kit. The Doha Festival City branch is on the mall's ground floor, and other locations can be found through the company's online store. Because the chain has several branches, stock and opening hours can differ between shops.
