Centra Supermarkets and Whole Foods WLL

Centra Supermarkets and Whole Foods WLL runs the Qatar franchise of Centra, the Irish convenience-store brand owned by Musgrave. The first store outside Ireland opened in June 2022 in partnership with the Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Group, and the Qatar business is based in Fox Hills South, Lusail, on Lagmeliya Street.

The format mixes a food-to-go counter with a smaller grocery section. At launch the outlet featured a Frank and Honest coffee shop, pizza, ice cream, fresh prepared food from a Green Kitchen counter and baked goods, and the company highlights products imported from Ireland. Customers can order fresh food, coffee and essential groceries online for delivery, and Centra is also listed on Talabat and Rafeeq. The Fox Hills store keeps extended hours, opening from early morning until late evening on most days, with slightly different hours on Fridays.
