Physical Health Boutique

Physical Health Boutique, trading as 2..b, is a women-focused wellness service in Qatar that blends physical therapy with fitness. Rather than receiving clients at a fixed clinic, it operates from a specially fitted wellness van that travels to clients' homes, bringing assessment and treatment to the doorstep.

The team is made up of certified female physiotherapists and exercise professionals. A typical engagement begins with a full-body assessment at home, covering posture, flexibility, muscle strength and body composition measured with an InBody machine. From these results the staff design a personalised programme that can combine physiotherapy with guided exercise, alongside education on body awareness and healthy movement. The service's philosophy stresses that every body is different, so plans are tailored to the individual rather than following a standard routine. It may appeal to women who prefer receiving care in the privacy of their own home. Enquiries can be made through the company's website.
